So it was supposed to be Lentil Rice Salad with Chipotle Dressing, but I thought I had rice and didn't, so I used couscous instead. It was delicious, but the dressing burned my lips because they are so chapped and it was somewhat hot, but good hot. I liked it. A keeper.
And all those things I planned on doing today.... I didn't. I fell asleep reading and napped for like 3 hours. Luxurious.
