It's Corned Beef and Cabbage Day!
So I slapped a brisket in the crock pot with some cabbage, carrots, onions, and Guinness. Everything tastes better with Guinness.
Not the most visually appealing meal, is it?

I disagree! Since I have a corned beef of my own in the pot and I can smell it cooking that image looks pretty tasty.
